The offer

You are not buying hours. You are buying a finished first version.

Speed

A real deadline, not an open-ended build

Five days forces the product into one valuable outcome. You get a working system while the problem is still expensive.

Certainty

Done is defined before the sprint starts

We agree on examples, scope, access, and what counts as working before money changes hands. The guarantee attaches to that scope.

Ownership

No black box, no hidden lock-in

The repo, deployment, walkthrough, and implementation notes transfer to you. Retainers are available, but the product is yours.

Low effort

You make decisions. I carry the build.

You bring one owner, real examples, and fast feedback. I handle product judgment, implementation, integrations, deployment, and handoff.

Productized offers

Choose the bottleneck. I ship the first working system.

The offers are built for buyers who already feel the pain. Each sprint has a fixed price, a deadline, a deliverable, and clear terms for what counts as done.

How it works

Five days, one build, no wandering scope.

Day 0

Prove the pain

We define the workflow, buyer or user, real examples, success criteria, integrations, and what is explicitly out of scope.

Day 1

Lock the build

Contract signed, deposit paid, repo opened. The sprint clock starts only after access, decisions, and scope are ready.

Days 2-4

Build against examples

You get one Loom update per day. I build the system, wire integrations, test real cases, and remove anything that slows launch.

Day 5

Deploy and hand over

The product goes live. You get the source code, deployment, credentials handoff, and a recorded walkthrough.

Days 6-35

Stabilize

Bug fixes are included. If the workflow needs monitoring, model tuning, or small changes, the retainer keeps it useful.

Closest proof before promises

47 shipped projects, $600K+ earned, and a decade of remote delivery.

The 5-day packages are new. The delivery history is not. The proof here shows the judgment, ownership, and production experience behind the sprint model.

The 5-day promise

Working software by the deadline, or the financial risk moves back to me.

The promise works because the offer is constrained before money changes hands: one scope, one owner, one sprint, one builder. You are not buying vague AI transformation. You are buying a specific shipped artifact against agreed examples.

5-day delivery window
Guarantee tied to agreed scope
Source code and deployment handoff

Good fit

You own the pain and want the fastest useful version live.

  • You have a buyer, workflow owner, or team asking for the system now.
  • The first version can be narrowed to one workflow, user flow, or product surface.
  • You can provide access, real examples, feedback, and decisions during the sprint.

Bad fit

You want strategy theater, a vague platform, or months of committee work.

  • No validated buyer, workflow owner, or business urgency.
  • Scope depends on many stakeholders who cannot decide within the sprint.
  • The budget is under $3K or the expectation is unlimited changes.

FAQ

The objections worth answering before a call.

Can a serious product really ship in 5 days?

Yes, if the scope is fixed and the buyer already knows the painful workflow. I am not promising a giant platform. I am promising one focused product surface with the boring production pieces included.

What do you need from me?

A clear business outcome, access to the tools we need to integrate, one decision-maker, and fast feedback once per day. If those are missing, the sprint does not start.

Who owns the code?

You do. The repo, deployment, and implementation notes transfer to you on launch. There is no license, revenue share, or hidden lock-in.

Why is this cheaper than a normal agency?

No coordination tax. One senior engineer, AI-assisted implementation, fixed scope, and no committee. You are paying for speed and judgment, not layers of account management.

What happens after day 5?

Bug fixes are included. For AI agents and workflow automation tools, I offer a $497/mo retainer for hosting help, model updates, prompt tuning, monitoring, a monthly health check, and small operational edits. Response windows and cancellation terms are agreed before the retainer starts.

What can break the guarantee?

The guarantee applies to the agreed scope and examples. New features, missing access, delayed feedback, third-party account problems, or a changed workflow move the deadline because they change the job.

What if the idea is too big?

I will say so before taking money. The sprint works when we can cut to one valuable workflow or one narrow MVP. If the real answer is a larger build, I will scope that separately.
